Patricia works with startup and enterprise companies, leading community strategy, design and implementation of community infrastructure.

She’s known for building robust community programs which serve all branches of an organization and support both Product and Community Led growth.

Her portfolio includes having built Enterprise-scale, successful Ambassador and Champions programs, User Group programs (virtual/real space), and launching Community platforms which show over 400% growth YOY. Her fluency is both in start up and Enterprise ecosystems and she has a strong love of working in the Open Source developer ecosystem.

Patricia also cares deeply about equality and contributes to Women in Science and Engineering initiatives, expressed by her founding of the Gather • Women’s Social Club, which started in Silicon Valley in 2017. She shares her unique POV through speaking at conferences, meetups and engineering schools.
